One afternoon discovering the charming village of Sintra with its Royal Palace, and the unforgettable coast of Cabo da Roca, Cascais and Estoril.
For an unforgettable afternoon, we leave in direction to the village of Sintra (Cultural Landscape by UNESCO), to visit the Royal Palace (Palcio da Vila- closed on Wednesdays replaced by Queluz Palace), a charming spot where the Portuguese Royal Families spent long summers, and where the rich collection of glazed tiles (azulejos) and the two conical chimneys of the kitchens palace are the ex- libris of Sintra. It s also possible to taste the delicious local sweets in the tea- rooms; queijadas and travesseiros. Then we will drive through Sintras range where its luxuriant and exuberant vegetation is to be seen, arriving at Roca cap ( Cabo da Roca from 1st March to 31st October) the westernmost point in continental Europe ( Cabo da Roca). Along the coast, passing by Guincho beach, spot of windsurfers, Boca do Inferno a grotto created by the sea erosion, always with a sea view enjoying the landscape until the cosmopolitan Cascais where we take a glimpse over the bay. We return by Estoril where we can have a panoramic view of the Casino and its gardens.

The best way to know Lisbon city. Unveil our history and traditions, discover the monuments and typical quarters of one of the most elegants european citys.
A few hours to discover Lisbon, first of all we will cross the 25th April Bridge (if possible). On our return you get a fantastic view of Lisbon and its hills, and then we go on, to visit the Belm quarter. Where you will find the most beautiful and historical monuments from the 15th and 16th centuries.
A brief stop at the Belm Tower- world heritage by UNESCO( Torre de Belm ), point of departure of some of the Portuguese maritime explorations, such as on the Monument to the Discoveries ( Padro dos Descobrimentos ) , built to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the death of Prince Henry the Navigator.
Then we visit the church of S. Jerome Monastery - world heritage by UNESCO ( Mosteiro dos Jernimos) a masterpiece of the Manueline style and the Coach Museum (Museu dos Coches) with one of the most important collection of old carriages in the world, ( both closed on Mondays, replaced by the visit of Ajuda Palace or Fundao Medeiros e Almeida).
Along the river we arrive at Alfama, an old and traditional district, where we have the opportunity to walk in its narrow streets, and visit a handicraft shop where we taste an aperitif of Port wine. We will pass by the downtown (Baixa) to admire the most important squares of Lisbon such as the monumental Trade Square ( Praa do Comrcio ); Rossio Square, the heart of Lisbon and the symbolic Restauradores Square.
Then we drive along the Liberdade Avenue the boulevard of Lisbon to finish at Pombal Square with the statue of the statesman from the 18th century.

A journey through the widest cork region in the whole world to find the lovely charming town of vora, World Heritage of Unesco.
We drive south, through the widest cork region in the whole world for an exiting journey into the past. As we arrive at Alentejos capital, we visit the old ruins of the Roman Temple, the Romanesque Gothic Cathedral with its massive towers from the 16TH century, the Bones Chapel and the University that occupies the former building of the Jesuit University.
A walk along its nice white streets will help you appreciate the typical sights of this city, formerly city of kings, artists and humanists, which with the help of Geraldo Sempavor was considered World Heritage (lunch included). Driving back to Lisbon we pass through Setbal, famous fishing centre.

In the morning, get to know the city of Lisboa. In the afternoon discover a place of world pilgrimage.
A few hours to discover Lisbon, first of all we will cross the 25th April Bridge (if possible). On our return you get a fantastic view of Lisbon and its hills, and then we go on, to visit the Belm quarter. Where you will find the most beautiful and historical monuments from the 15th and 16th centuries.
A brief stop at the Belm Tower- world heritage by UNESCO( Torre de Belm ), point of departure of some of the Portuguese maritime explorations, such as on the Monument to the Discoveries ( Padro dos Descobrimentos ) , built to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the death of Prince Henry the Navigator.
Then we visit the church of S. Jerome Monastery - world heritage by UNESCO ( Mosteiro dos Jernimos) a masterpiece of the Manueline style and the Coach Museum ( Museu dos Coches ) with one of the most important collection of old carriages in the world, ( both closed on Mondays, replaced by the visit of Ajuda Palace or Fundao Medeiros e Almeida). Along the river we arrive Alfama, an old and traditional district, where we have the opportunity to walk in its narrow streets, and visit a handicraft shop where we taste an aperitif of Port wine. We will pass by the downtown (Baixa) to admire the most important squares of Lisbon such as the monumental Trade Square (Praa do Comrcio); Rossio Square, the heart of Lisbon and the symbolic Restauradores Square.
Then we drive along the Liberdade Avenue the boulevard of Lisbon to finish at Pombal Square with the statue of the statesman from the 18th century.
Free time for lunch
Leaving Lisbon, we head north towards the Sanctuary of Lady of Fatima. Arriving at the Sanctuary its possible to visit the Basilica with the tombs of: Lcia, Francisco and Jacinta; the Apparition Chapel, heart of the shrine; the statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus with the fountain of the Holy Water.
During this time it is possible to attend mass. After, to better understand the history of the apparitions we will go to Aljustrel/ Valinhos/ Loca do Anjo where we find the houses of the Little Shepherds, the places of the apparitions of the Angel, and the place of the fourth apparition of Our Lady on the 19th august 1917. After the visits, we will return to Lisbon.

A wonderfull day visiting Portugal's landmarks. Visit three of the seven Portugal Wonders, the Nazar fishing village and the Santuary of Our Lady.
We drive to Nazar - The most colourful Portuguese fishing village, where we are going to have lunch. If possible we go to the Sitio to have a panoramic view of the beach and village. In the afternoon, we go to Batalha Monastery, a masterpiece of Gothic considered a heritage of humanity by UNESCO. Finally we arrive at the Ftimas Sanctuary, center of Christian faith and a local of world pilgrimage, to visit the Basilica where the tombstones of Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco are, as well as the Chapel of Apparitions, heart of the shrine. Eventually, we will have time to attend to the mass. At the end of the day we will return to Lisbon through the colourful farming region.

For an unforgettable afternoon, we leave in direction to the village of Sintra (Cultural Landscape by UNESCO), to visit the Royal Palace (Palcio da Vila- closed on Wednesdays replaced by Queluz Palace), a charming spot where the Portuguese Royal Families spent long summers, and where the rich collection of glazed tiles (azulejos) and the two conical chimneys of the kitchens palace are the ex- libris of Sintra. It s also possible to taste the delicious local sweets in the tea- rooms; queijadas and travesseiros. Then we will drive through Sintras range where its luxuriant and exuberant vegetation is to be seen, arriving at Roca cap ( Cabo da Roca from 1st March to 31st October) the westernmost point in continental Europe ( Cabo da Roca). Along the coast, passing by Guincho beach, spot of windsurfers, Boca do Inferno a grotto created by the sea erosion, always with a sea view enjoying the landscape until the cosmopolitan Cascais where we take a glimpse over the bay. We return by Estoril where we can have a panoramic view of the Casino and its gardens.
